Situated in the first floor of a colonial building renovated by architect Simone Ferraro, the main dining room is where the tasting menu is served. With wooden chairs and tables custom-designed by a local artisan spread over a floor partially covered by the houses original wooden tiles, the environment reflects the mix between elegance and coziness also explored in the food served at the restaurant.
THE BAR

The street floor bar design was conceived in partnership with Barman Jean Ponce, owner of the celebrated Guarita Bar in São Paulo. Over the copper lined bar are served the cocktails that Ponce developed especially for Manga. The ceramic plates designed and fabricated exclusively for the restaurant are displayed on the corner, available for sale. The tall ceiling with hanging sound-absorbing mats and abundant wooden framed windows make the bar the perfect atmosphere to start the night off with a drink before the meal, or even to spend a casual evening over snacks and cocktails.
